Spa Safety

For your safety, please notify the receptionist if you are pregnant or have any health issues or contraindications, including diabetes, heart or circulation problems, etc.

Spa services, packages and prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

tranquility :: Please respect the peaceful environment of the spa by keeping voices to a whisper once you have entered the spa facilities and by turning off all cell phones, pagers and other electronic devices.

Children under 16 years of age are not permitted inside the spa during business hours. Smoking is not allowed inside the spa or anywhere on spa property.

reservations :: Advanced reservations are required for all spa services. A credit card or gift card number is required in order to reserve a time slot.

cancellation fees :: If a client must cancel a scheduled spa service, at least 24 hours advanced notice is required in order to avoid a cancellation fee. If proper advanced notice is not provided, the credit card or gift card used to hold the appointment will be charged a fee equal to 100% of the amount of the scheduled service(s).

gratuities :: Gratuities are graciously accepted and appreciated. Gratuities for spa services are typically in the 15% to 20% range or higher, based on satisfaction of your experience.

on-time arrival :: Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time. If a service begins late due to client tardiness, the service will still end at the originally scheduled appointment time. All service times listed are approximate, and may include periods of relaxation or down time.

groups :: spa*habitat is pleased to accommodate groups from 3 to 20 people. Due to the business risk associated with cancellations or no-shows, full prepayment is required in advance, and a gratuity of 20% is automatically added to all services. Group cancellations or no-shows will be charged a fee equal to the full amount of the services cancelled. Other special rules or policies may apply in order to maintain a peaceful environment for other guests.
